What are the next steps to working with us?
Contact The Will Centre team by emailing WillCentre@cosu.com.au.
Our friendly team will talk you through everything you need to know and schedule your first appointment.
Estate Planning
At your first appointment your lawyer will:
1. Go through your assets, your family relationships and your wishes with you; then
2. Discuss not just your Will, but also your Enduring Power of Attorney, Advanced Health Directive and Superannuation Death Beneficiary Nominations.
At your second appointment:
We’ll have all of your documents ready for you to sign, and then you’ll be set.
This is usually 2 weeks after your first appointment, but can be earlier or later depending on your own unique circumstances.
Estate Administration
Our compassionate team will talk you through any initial questions you may have when a loved one has passed away.
We can then schedule an appointment for you to meet with us to discuss your rights and obligations as an executor, administrator or beneficiary, as the case may be, and the steps that will need to be taken going forward.
Each estate is different and the matters that will need to be attended to will depend on the deceased’s individual circumstances.
